Went with some C & L after reading reviews here and on reddit.

Price is very reasonable and Beav was willing to meet that day! I couldn't, so we met up a day later.

Got to say the C worked perfect for my needs, height, weight and age with no side effects other than a slightly light head (but that could be from action!
