What is the typical ATM withdraw limit per day in Mexico?
What is the typical ATM withdraw limit per day in Mexico?
The ATM withdrawal on Mexico is limited to your banks limit on your card. Typical is $500 daily.
Short week in Mexico. Went into Tijuana three times. First time no joy. None of my favorites but as I was getting my super carnitas torta in front of the Playboy Club saw what looked like a sawbuck on the ground next to the cart. Yep it was a $10 on the ground and being mostly yellow nobody picked it up. All mine. Next day met a deportee named Yolanda near the corner of the alley where the USA walkers congregate. Bargain rate. Took her to my fav ST hotel. Absolutely no tits but thighs of a gymnast. Semi-GFE and pounded her till the nut. Gave her 350 pesos for the good service. Crossing over today and the spinner SG I saw on Friday texts me. Been on the rag since I saw her last Fri. So hasn't worked and no money so pretty desperate. She asked if I could lend her whatever I wanted or maybe have a session. I was in a horndog mode and lending to these putas is a lost cause. Did the usual warmup and then had her do her usual great BBBJ. I could have nutted in her mouth as she was expecting but went mish instead. She wasn't feeling too sure of her going cg in case there was still leftovers from her period. Fuck that I went for it. Pounded her in mish till her legs hurt and nutted. Made a tentative date for next week for todo la noche at my place in Rosarito. Still prefer the sister of my ex ATF for todo the noche but whomever comes up first.

Has anyone booked this recently?
I've nvr pre-booked, but I havegotten this rate as a walk-in. It ends up being like $11 which is ridiculously cheap.
George1950,
This sounds like a great idea. I would not mind trying this. I just have one question. What do you do with all the cash you exchanged? I doubt I can spend the daily withdrawal each day. Is there a way to deposit it back in without carrying it back to the states?
If you made over 8600 pesos, that means you withdrew over 9000 USD. That's a lot of chicas.
Thanks!
If you visit the Zona often it'll pay off if you have a debit card from a credit union that charges less than 1% to convert to pesos. I take out the maximum $500 daily and this past week one day got 9250 pesos with only a $2 out of network fee and $4. 50 conversion fee. It came out to 18.27 pesos per dollar. On the USA Side the exchange places were giving 17.32 pesos per dollar and you could sell back for 17.90 but in Tijuana I sold back pesos at 17.23 per dollar. I made 1. 04 pesos profit per dollar so for $500 I made a profit of 520 pesos that day. I've been in Tijuana-Rosarito most of the past three weeks so in an 18 day period my profit is over 8600 pesos. The exchange place across from Adelitas is ok for selling back pesos if it's not a lot but there are other places that give a better rate if you're selling back many pesos. Basically the approximately 500 pesos I've been making daily will pay for a good SG daily. If I'm not in a mongering mood I leave my house at the beach in Rosarito and take a half hour walk to my ATM of choice and check out four money exchange places for the best rate that are on the way. After withdrawing my $500 worth of pesos I go to the exchange place with the lowest rate to sell pesos and sell back the pesos. The best day I made 540 pesos but averaged right around 500 pesos profit each day. This daily chore gets my fat ass out of the house otherwise I might stay home and drink my micheladas and tequila all day. The exercise is good for me and I combine breakfast, lunch, grocery shopping, or any other chores with the daily trip to the ATM. BTW the 500 pesos I made daily in an hour is more than a minimum wage Mexican worker makes in a week.
Thanks!
Closer to 460 USD. Exchange is around 17 to 1.
Stopped at the exchange across from Trolly Station and Jack in Box. Exchanged at rate of 17.6150. I did notice next to Adelitas giftshop it was higher 17.8 rate. I had to laugh because on the floor of the US side exchane was a condom by the window. Hmmm wonder what they were exchanging for.
Take $5 taxi (white with orange stripe). After last stupidity I just ignore all taxi people and walk out to curb to catch. Get out and go in Tropical. Decent crowd but decide to shop around.
Went into HK and normal fare. I can't put my finger on why but not too into that scene. About 7 pm on 2nd floor they said "Last lesbo show. " don't know if it was since I left shortly after. You know, I think bar girls are kinda like civvie girls: the bigger the tits, the lazier. If any of the bigger rack girls worked the room at all I would tip and even ficha. But nope, they just stood there checking their phone.
Did a alley troll and didn't see Andrea so I checked Las Chevres. Decent girls, low number of dudes. None dancing so I left. Adelitas troll and I think it was blonde dancer night.
I tipped the bangin blonde nude dancing and not getting any attention. Decided to do more extensive alley stroll but toooooo many policia. Guy with backpack next to school girl row getting searched so cut that short. Headed south on Constitucion past back alley but again policia stopping guys on sidewalk (west side). Back to La Tropical. Downed 4 beers and decided to get the show on the road.
Hit alley and theres Andrea. 200 pesos ($12 USD, love strong doolar!!) agreed and we are off. She said she came out around 7 pm and I found her around 9:30 pm. DATY, mish and K9. This time though I took my time, as I felt no rush. Pulled out my new hand sanitizer and she laughed. Offered her some and she used it on her hands while I doused the goods.
Tipped the lady a $1 and she smiled and said have a good evening. Hit the taco stand at the pedestrian bridge just before the border crossing.
Border crossing was very fast at 10:30 pm. Maybe 5 people in line for "ready". Sentry had 0 and normal line was about 30-35 people.
How does one get a card so he dosen't have to use passport to return? I would like to get a card without my SO knowing I have one. Is that possible?

Thanks!
I have $3000 in a debit account at a San Diego area credit union that I do this with. I can withdraw $500 daily for six days and after selling back the pesos have $3000 on my hands plus about 3000 pesos profit. I spend the approximately 3000 pesos on beer, food, and women. I then make a trip across the border to deposit the $3000 back into my debit account and start all over again. Since May 9 (just after mother's day) I have been in Mexico 30 of the 35 days so I have done this 30 times and my profit from this is between 14,500 and 15,000 pesos. About $850 so the return on the same $3000 I've churned five times through is 28% in 35 days. A heck of a lot better than 1/4 of 1% a bank would give you after one year.
How does one get a card so he dosen't have to use passport to return? I would like to get a card without my SO knowing I have one. Is that possible?
You apply for it just like a passport. Same form and if you already have a passport faster.
Thanks. I see the big picture now. I stopped by today to check out your advice. Looks like it would work really well. I will definitely give it a try the next time. With all those exchanges, you never ran into any counterfeit currency?
Also today just wasn't a good day. There was a morning bike event using the outlets as a start end location that ended around 1 pm. The border station parking had a sign for $25 parking until 10 am tomorrow. Ouch, I was going to stay over a night but ended up coming back after just a quick trip for tacos and a spinner.
How does one get a card so he dosen't have to use passport to return? I would like to get a card without my SO knowing I have one. Is that possible?
Not sure exactly what you are asking. If you want a passport card, you apply just like a passport. If you want a Global Entry card, you apply at a major airport TSA office (I am not sure if San Diego has it). That takes an application fee, extensive background check, an interview and lots of time (as in months).
It is important to note that the passport card can only be used for ground and cruise travel to Canada, Mexico, Bermuda and the Caribbean. It cannot be used for international air travel or with counties requiring visas (because it can't be stamped). You can possess both the book and card.
The Global Entry card puts you in the fastest line re-entering the US of A at all reentry points, including Tijuana. It also automatically puts you on the TSA PreCheck list (the fast lane at airport security), which, that alone, is worth it. So, if you fly much at all, that is your excuse for needing one.

C3.
The best combination of things to have is a passport card to get into Mexico and a Global Entry (or Sentri) card to get out. No stamps when going south. No delays when going north. Everything fits easily alongside your other cards.
A passport alone will do the job, but expect stamps going south and delays going north.

C3.
I just applied for the GE card. Took about two weeks for preliminary approval. Haven't tried to schedule an interview yet, so don't know how much time that will take.
I applied on-line. Pretty easy. The interviews in the SD area are only at Otay Mesa and San Ysidro (at least as I read the GE info).
