Not to diminish your experience, but yes, I think us fortunates who enjoy her here would attest to such experiences! A few things, though. One, I'm surprised that you report a mamasan who's been there a long time. And yes there have been many over the years). But has always been behind the scenes. Not sure what her role is but I assume it is some sort of management.
