Go to Court? Fight the Case? Get a Lawyer?
This is to correct some very serious misadvice. A poster writes that an individual is ticketed for public indecency and driving without a valid license. The d/l might be suspended or revoked, not enough facts presented. We don't know whether these are (or include) a "city ticket" heard on Superior Street in Chicago's Municipal Court or in a "real" court, but the vehicle ticket suggests that at least part of this case will have to go to a real courtroom because traffic always goes to a real court. The driver's license ticket is really a misdemeanor arrest, and depending on how the license was revoked or suspended, there is a prospect of serious punishment including mandatory jail or substantial community service (if revoked or suspended for DUI) and a criminal conviction. No matter whether the Public Indecency matter goes to Superior Street or a "real" court, it's to be taken seriously. Even when dealing with a Superior Street case, remember CPD maintains a database of prior "city" tickets and that will influence how a next offense will be handled. Otherwise, it's in a real court and he faces a regular criminal conviction. Yes, go to court. Yes, get a lawyer. And there are defenses to Public Indecency, as for example just how likely it was that the general public was likely to see the conduct. Sex in a public place is not illegal unless there it's likely that it will be seen, and good efforts to conceal the conduct may be a defense. Yes, get a lawyer who has handled these kinds of cases.
The good, the bad and the ugly...Raoul's year in review.
Okay, so it's not quite year's end, but I guess I'm feeling nostalgic so I'll type a few lines about some of my faves and not so faves.
Although she seems to have disappeared since January, one of my ATFs was little blond latina spinner Bianca. I get a woody just thinking about her. From there, I'd say my worst experience ever would have to be Sara who used to advertise on CL. Cute w/nice bod, but a ridiculous waste of time and money. If you never saw her, be grateful. She no longer advertises, so fortunately no one else will make the same expensive mistake that I did.
On a happier note, Mary from Violet was a pretty and talented therapist. Sadly, however, she too left the city. I've yet to find a suitable replacement at this joint.
Although initially a little unsure of Anna at Alice, I grew to like her quite a bit. She's conscientious and a nice person.
I've tried a couple of tantra providers and I don't think I need to return to either of them. They were nice to look at, but surely not worth the price for a rubdown. If you're thinking about going the tantra route, my recommendation is don't. Spend your money at one of the AMPs.
EMPs and Latinas are my weakness. Unfortunately I have nothing new to report as my visits to their facilities are pleasant, but I don't have any glowing reports to offer. Due to financial restrictions, I am not able to pursue them with any regularity which could be the reason that I've not been able to establish any type of rapport. However, if I win the lottery, I'll probably go broke at these places.
Mystique is always a good option for a quality massage and I had a decent rubdown from the chica with tats and piercings on BP. That's all for now, folks.
