They get average / homely women that cake on the make-up to look "somewhat" attractive. Alpha's have low self-esteem and try to compensate by being a "big" guy. Beta's have a higher IQ and make more money. The smart good looking girls are more attracted to beta's due to their intelligence and cool, laid-back demeanor.
