There are so many laws in the US that everybody is breaking several laws every day. Cops can always arrest you. DA's can always charge you as well, they do that shit all the time to appear tough on crime then drop the charges the next day after you're in the paper.

But FL hospital took her in, got her healthy and then she got out of here.

She's moved out of state, not coming back, reconnected with family and living out in the country. She has a regular job and a boyfriend and healthy and happy and done with all of this.

A2.[/QUOTE]Do why'all remember the LoveShack debacle in Orlando some years back? Most local media had a cringe fest of publishing names of clients of what they called a "brothel". In the end, not a single client arrested but several high profile people were smeared publicly. The information on others was publicly available so I would guess most of the clients not on the news were outed at work etc.

A2 is spot on about what the objective of the the is, making headlines through cases individually or by statistics. The junior ADAs are just trying to clear cases, and would rather unload the smaller ones.

On a personal note, I recently had a cop not want to arrest someone for a clear crime, witnesses and all. I finally asked him if I pushed his chest with one finger, would he call that "battery on a LEO" He then arrested the guy in my case because he knew what I was saying. The police have a lot of latitude in how they enforce things. Sometimes that works in our favor, too.

This isn't really a review, more of a rant but I'm glad I used my big head. Had seen Barbie at MM while I was there with Ashley. She seemed friendly and cute. She texted me the other day saying she was at a notel on 192 til checkout. I figured what the heck I'll give her a shot for 100 hh. Says she's naked and waiting to show me how worth it she is. Approach the room and smell cigarettes before the door even opens. I knock and she answers wearing a baggy sweatshirt, mom jeans, and wool socks holding an ashtray with a cig hanging out of her mouth looking like hell. I about faced and high tailed it to my car. Why are we supposed to spend our mario coins on someone who puts so little effort into the job at hand.
