If you look at the aleged busts, you'll see some providers who have never disappeared from being reviewed but is alleged to have been busted. Then there is the banner header; look at the screen capture. That is an ad trying to get you to click on a link to Adult Friend Finder. If you examine the link even further, it has a referral account tied to it. If someone signs up for an AFF account using that as forwarding link, the scammer gets the money. It probably uses data scrubber to pull ads information and pics from Backpage and other such websites to create fake bust reports.

Lastly, a domain name registry search says that the domain name owner is anonymous using WhoIsGuard, INC. as a the host service provider in Panama (the country, not the Florida beach). There is no need for the cops to hide their identity. Example, CourtClerk.org is publicly registered under the name of the IT Manager of the Hamilton Country Clerk's office and hosted in Cincinnati by Fuse.Net. They will not hide, quite the opposite.
