I managed to get info that her rates are 80/100/200 and she's in a private residence but that's it. I'll let you guys know if I make any further progress.

Point blank asked if they were together and / or if they offered duos. She denied knowing the other girl, acted really bitchy, and the conversation ended. The pictures that they were each using looked to be taken from the same hotel. The other girl went immediately dark as well. End of conversation for me with both of them.
If you do decide to TOFTT let us know how it goes. Otherwise, I intend to avoid. Also tend to agree about Frankfort generally being a place to avoid. Especially some of those neighborhoods. But if anyone does have any good leads on safe and decent providers in Frankfort, feel encouraged to PM.
