It's a combo of [B]Baby Ray[/B] being GFE only as well as having a 3-letter name that's hard to search. Due to the search issue, I manually copied a report from last tour into my notes:

When a girl is GFE only, it makes it harder for her to gain traction since it is a smaller customer pool that's interested. Some guys try to see many GFE girls only once, so they don't need reviews or write them. Or, they settle on one ATF and repeat her a lot. Whatever the reason, GFE only girls by default get 1/2 interest and 1/4 reviews due to that dynamic. But, some GFE girls are higher Looks and/or Service. So if people like and review them, it opens up a lot more options in the future.

Most girls who want to visit here are GFE only, so they balk when they hear it is mostly bb land. I guess the upside of that is, the better looking ones end up trying it out.
