Think about it guys. We WANT girls who screen because it probably means that they care about our safety too. There are sometimes the reports from the guys who are trying to get freebies from the girls they are reviewing. There are sometimes the negative reviews for the very popular providers. Definitely driven by the YMMV. Sometimes reviews come out when a provider is almost out of town, either the monger gets to busy right the review or wants to sample again before the stampede arrives.
Any one think some guys put out negative reviews to keep guys away from girls they really like? Keep the providers schedules open through bad reviews. Probably not too common, but a possibility.

The girls read these too (see the several screen shots of reviews from here in their ads). I don't think the target of the negative review would be all that understanding of the hobbyist's logic. I know I wouldn't be.

Just like most things in this hobby, it's a very varied industry with few standards. YMMV.
In my experience, I've seen "full screening" mean everything from -.

Simply asking, "Are you a cop?" (Which, by the way, girls who are reading this forum. Is just about the LAST question you want to ask. The cop can legally lie to you in TN and now you pretty much just established your guilt).
Generally speaking though, it is a combination of showing her respect, making her feel comfortable, not asking stupid questions about stuff that's already in her ad, and maybe sending a verification pic in exchange for a similar one of her.
