The worst that can happen is that she refuses and that may be good reason for caution. After all you are the buyer.

In the past I've asked for a pic holding up 3 fingers, or giving the finger, etc. Pretty easy for her to snap a pic in the mirror. If she doesn't want to, on to the next one.
