It's all in how you read the law
What you stated is true, but what crime have you committed by joining RS2 K? Wouldn't they still have to prove that you have actually met someone and there was an exchange of money?
Legally, stopping someone at random for a 'field sobriety test' is illegal (because it assumes that the person being stopped has committed a crime without proof), but the courts have ruled multiple times that it is perfectly legal because it 'serves to protect the public at large' from drunk drivers. So how hard is it to imagine some district attorney going to a judge and claiming that, because RS2 K specifically states it's purpose is to 'pre-screen' potential clients for women engaged in what is an illegal activity, they should have access to it's computer records to combat said crime? That is one of the reasons I've never joined, that and it just screams "Hack me!" to any group wanting to get hold of potentially embarrassing info on people. Sometimes it pays not to paint a target on your butt, no?
