Notice how newspapers only state the crime or incident location as "on the xxxx block of such-and-such."

BTW any defense attorney should be able to get all charges dropped if the arrest report is so generic.

I decided to take a drive to see what was going on around the 4-7 and Cicero area. It seem like there was lots of activity with the SW. Did not see Leo much. I guess they are actually working because of Sep 11. Time around 5-6am. I was not thinking of picking up but on 47 and 2 block east I picked up a hsw. She said. I just moved here from Texas. I usually post in the Texas Mcallen, Brownsville area. And, Imma senior member on the International Chat. Looks like the scene is pretty jacked up. Got digis[/QUOTE]I finally had to come down and see the C strip for myself. In past I have cruised the M strip, but United they stand with their skycams and divided I won't fall. I did see what may have been your dream angel crossing the C strip on my way up to the M strip. She was crossing with purpose as Sickeros Finest at being the worst were all ablaze with flashing lights. When I got back around, she and another one were ghosts in the wind. Saw some potential WSW along the way near the 50s and 40s but one that I saw was right adjacent to a car that had Sickeros Finest with flashing lights. So that is why I don't seek out WSW today, as I had my few decent experiences out west but don't want to end up on the CPD blotter. The M strip had a lot of people out, just not sure if all were working or looking but in this economy, I would imagine anyone hanging out is looking for opportunity. Too bad CPD is hell bent on squashing good business opportunities. I didn't get my usual adrenaline rush when I have these types of dreams and I made eye contact with a wildebeast of a BSW.
