None of these places is good for a 45 minute massage. If you ask for one at Zen, they will probably ignore you and tell you that you will be getting a 30 minute one. If anyone actually does sell you a longer massage at a FS studio, the provider will be pissed and may ask for significantly extra tip because you are shortening how many clients they can see that day, and their perfomance may suffer because of the mood that you will have placed them in.
I observed this in Sacramento once as well where one of the ladies explained what an amateur move it is at a FS place.
