I've got some general comments and a report so I will split into at least 2 reports. Here is number 1.

First, timing of cruising activities. I am often out cruising the north and sometimes, the south strips Sunday mornings between 7:30 and 10:00 AM. North side selections are usually slim and the south side is a desert. However from 10 til noon the action really picks up. My theory is there is a group of girls that the book Semitough would call light hooks. Meaning, that the women have a regular job but sometimes need a few extra bucks to get through the week. Saturdays & Sundays are a good time to earn those bucks. But if the women are out on the street too early in the morning, then they think they look conspicuous. But, later in the morning, more stores are open and more people are out so they aren't so conspicuous. I was able to cruise the North and South loops today. The North was deserted in the a. M.. I didn't even see a single female on North or 27th.

The South loop was empty both times I ran through it except for a WSW on Lincoln. Only problem was I'm not sure if she was LE. The providers are stupid, their posts wouldn't get by monitoring anyway. Just expand and scroll through the escort ads on backpage, there's hardly a single one who can type like a normal person. They no nothing but to use the strangest letter casing they can contrive. Either they capitalize every word of a sentence, or every other letter of each word in alternating upper case / lower case, or the whole damn thing in all upper case. If that's not enough, they use every punctuation symbol known to man, to grab attention (?) but it only bugs your eyes out. Then they must get the jitters when they type the period at the end of the sentence, one is never enough.

Was rolling up lincoln this afternoon and saw a young one who gave me the look about 8th st. By that gas station. Petite build, young looking. Doubted she was LE, but drove by twice more to be cautious. Another guy pulled up, and sure enough my next pass I see him pulled over a block away and her standing in the same place. Looks like they usually set up on national or greenfield, but today they were on Lincoln.

This happened about 6 pm.

They will probably be back this week, maybe another street like greenfield or Lincoln again. Didn't know cops used girls that were not cops, but this girl was def. A good bait.
