Does anyone remember a club in the San Fernando Valley (I believe it may have been on Parthenia St.) that was a full nude club but had topless servers? I can't for the life of me remember the name of this club!

Thanks[/QUOTE]That was Rouge. Which is on Raymer (alongside the RR tracks) not too far from Parthenia. Rouge is part of the Spearmint Rhino chain and I see they are now placing want ads soliciting topless servers for Rouge and maybe some other clubs in the chain as well. I am no fan of the Rhino clubs but this is a good thing if they can keep it going. I think they've had a tough time over the years maintaining topless server staff.

Ironically, Rouge is operating in the building that was home to the legendary Bob's Classy Lady which was one of the pioneering clubs in LA breaking down barriers back in the 1980's. Including the use of topless servers at times. Like Rouge, they couldn't keep it going constantly. The place is squarely centered in "Porn Valley" and some of the apparent warehouses there on Raymer are or were actually soundstages for porn production, and some of the girls would gravitate to Bob's and they always had special Porn events. I remember a visit to Bob's in the 90's probably, and I was pleasantly shocked to look up from my table and see that my order was being taken by a cute as hell topless spinner who I recognized as a Tier 2 porn girl of the time who was featured in many of my auto erotic fantasies of the time. We ended up chatting much of the night. I was so damn innocent at the time and I wasn't even OLD yet. Today as an old perv, I would have made a pass!

Thirsty's (now Godfathers) always had a dive rep but you hoped you could find a diamond in the rough. But I never went there. Stopped once but empty parking lot and I don't like empty clubs.

In the SFV I liked the Valley Ball (Now Bare Elegance). Girls were cool and I had friends hanging out and working there, the original Industrial Strip (now Blue Zebra) which moved the bar higher along with Bob's, and DVNH which really was THE spot in the SFV for hot girls and high mileage but it has gone unbelievably downhill when it comes to mileage. At least for casual visitors, but still a good place to be a voyeur. Probably more porn girls working there over the years than anywhere since the heyday of Bob's, and not talking about features, but as house dancers ranging from new hot starlets (e. G. Went to King Henry's recently and noticed that skinnier, more "Jane Fonda" body type dancers at KH8 these days. What happened to the thick,"Trina / J-Lo" booty types that used to work there? And practically none offered in-house specials in the back. Anyone know if the more thick regulars have been replaced with these skinny, non hustling dancers? Or have I just gone on the wrong days lately?

Has Sam's Hofbrau recovered from that 30-day suspension (it ended January 9th) of their liquor license? I'm debating whether I should visit the familiar confines of Sam's or hit the new Dames N Games club.

Instead of dancers paying the house fees for each shift plus a cut of each lap dance, King Henry now collects a Straight 8, meaning each dancer owes the house 8 dances ($120) every time they step through the door. Perhaps some of "the more thick regulars" you mentioned aren't feeling the new arrangement and moved on.

It's also possible that the newer "skinny, non hustling dancers" are still learning the business and don't realize that they're getting bent over and fucked (the wrong way!)

I was at KH8 yesterday from about 5 until 10. If you like them on the skinny side like I do, you had a good day yesterday. Was hoping that Starz would pick back up but it's just not the same since Trin, Nautica and Black Diamond all left. Starz was popping back when all three girls were working there. But you'll notice that I only mentioned Black Diamond and Nautica when I brought up the extras. Trin did not provide any to me.
