A good time is between 8pm & Midnight on all of the major locations but YMMV in the quality of the women. I have had good luck on the North & South and found a few newbies. I always avoid young looking girls as there is a lot of the trading for cash these days.
So be careful out there!

But in my experience, if it seems dead, it is because LEO is or was out in force in that area. LE seems to target an area for on e or two nights, and when he does, it is best to stay away. When they do this, you will usually see the new, marked SUVs. It seems to be some kind of high visibility intimidation tactic. If you see a couple of these vehicles, move to another section of the city.
I have seen both North Avenue and 47th street absolutely hopping on one night, and dead as Kelso's nuts the next. Usually because of weather or LEO.
This is a fairly late post, since i did not get the opportunity meaning required "wsg" time to post this. Early last week, decided to jump on to Cicero from 290 and head North, saw a decent looking WSW not too far away by a gas station, decided to turn around and head to the station, pulled in and stared at her, pulled up ahead in the station itself. Sure enough she comes in and i give her a ride. She is at least 8 on the scale, seemed a lil out of it. I did not find any obvious pin pricks. Thin, a few tatoos on her back and lower stomach, mentioned something about her grandma. I wasn't expecting to see anyone and did not have enough cash on me except for a 20 which she agreed for FS. Except that i could not do it in the car in full daylight. So settled finally for a CBJ ..
Took North Ave. West to Cicero-nothing. Went South on Cicero to Madison- Nothing. Turned East on Madison, sketch neighborhood here. I always forget how shady it is. May have seen one BSW East of Cicero, but she looked at me and looked away and she did not look happy. If she was a SW she was not for me. Exciting driving at 1am.

I had much better luck than you. There was a whole bunch of talent out tonight.
I did a cruise around the same time 1am. I hit Cicero around North and down to Fullerton. I got real lucky with a cute blonde polish chick, real cute, a little pricey but I went for it. She was with another girl with brown hair, but the blonde came over to my car, they were both above average on the sw scale, no digits though. I saw two bsw working on Cicero around Fullerton, and I saw what looked to be a lsw who was a large girl but she had a nice face. I then took a look on North and saw a few by North and Pulaski, but nothing I wanted to try. I kept heading down North towards Western and saw a few near Kedize. I swung by 47th on the way home and saw a few east of Calafornia this was around 230, the latin looking sw was standing near the bus stop bench by the hot dog stand, she had on shorts and a t-shrit and looked like she was talking to herself, pass. A somewhat older wsw was walking down 47th from western she looked ok so I grabbed her, looks were Ok, service was really good, I dropped her off and saw a ok looking wsw at the bus stop across from the pizza place.

Not much east of there. Picked up Evelyn on Pulaski, just south of North Avenue. Cute little PR spinner. 40 yrs old, but in good shape. 5' tall, about 110#. By chance I was circling around to get a better look at another on north ave., but dana was too attractive to pass, so I asked if she wanted a ride. I thought for sure she would turn me down. I was out last Wednesday (sorry for the late post) between 2 to 6pm and saw absolutely nothing except for the filthy crack-heads around madison and cicero. I don't much like the cruising at night because it seems police presence and danger level is high. But, after hearing some of the reports from some of you on here I may take the plunge.
Wait, take that back. I did at the very end on my trip home down Roosevelt see a brunette who wears glasses down a bit from that adult novelty store. I've seen her before. This time she had a youngish looking blond girl with her wearing a pink dress. White girl, very skinny. I circled a few times to get a closer look and on closer inspection it looked like they both had these weird red blotches on face and legs so I passed, plus the blond seemed so cracked up she couldn't barely walk.
