Monday 2/25 around mid-day I passed through E. Washington. Saw 1 WSW brunette with uggs and big hoop earrings. Looked good on the SW scale. This was E. Washington a few blocks west of Rural. Then he could talk it over with her to set her at ease and then maybe pick you up or go to your place.
