Pretty sure those pics are of a real female bodybuilder. A tranny may be using the pics also, but either way the "person" posting those pics in an ad isn't going to look like that when you show up.
Edit : also noticed the original ad says top/bottom and extremely passable, so yeah you will be real surprised when it's a dude that doesn't look anything like the girl in those pics...

I had to ask a few times as well in a couple of cities. I realize some lurkers and mongerers are into the "barely legal" type, but not for me.
Working in Orlando a few years ago, I ran into a number of younger girls in the area near my hotel. One of which who continues to stay in touch with me (and a few of you have actually met and reviewed her on the Charlotte forum).
