Their rate is their rate and I simply say "No thanks" if their quote isn't within my tolerance level for this area, so on to the next and don't bother negotiating them down. I've had numerous offers that I couldn't refuse (from UTRs, pro ho's, SA gals, etc.) and will be covered up well into the new year 2020. Paying a provider's "regular rate" (especially if she's in the 200 per hour range around here) at this point is always an act of personal choice, but rates on the holiday front are highly depressed right now. It's almost too much bang for the buck, expand your regular hunting grounds if you haven't experienced it yet. Pace yourselves.

She was my regular around 2015 and always had good time. I had seen her more than 20 times before she disparaged.
