So many times I gotten a massage and a horrible HE for $100 or $120 and left thinking, I could have saved the money and done it myself rather then going through a bad experience. Nothing worse IMHO than a painful jack hammer HE with an impatient provider repeated telling you to finish and thinking that to speed it up they should jack hammer harder and more painfully.
So to me 60 and a self service that you would have done at home anyways with a pretty girl who is "encouraging" and maybe rubbing other parts of your body, allowing roaming, or any body contact works in my book.
On the mainland I saw a masseuse who gave a decent massage but also allowed self service with a lot of touching the balls, pressing her boobs against me, blowing in my ear, rubbing nipples etc. She explained that touching junior was illegal and could lose her license. But it was okay to touch elsewhere as its her job to touch everywhere else on my body as a part of the massage. Said that if a guy started jerking, what was she supposed to do,? Other than ask him to leave and / or wait for him to finish then tell him not to come back.
Damage was 60+ 20 tip that I gave because of the confort of the arrangement, also being licensed and in a legit setting there was no walk of shame or worry of getting caught being in the wrong place.
