I had a sort of similar experience as you though never got her name. She was super quiet and there was a little language barrier (she could speak some but volume so soft and not much was said). I totally did not get the same kind of experience that the more positive folks did. That's okay, people have different experiences. She seemed nice enough, but was a bit distant.
