Just to gets some opinions what attributes makes a girl an all time favorite. My list would include:

6) Attitude.
7) Price.

2) Chem / attitude- If I can tolerate how she looks and we click, very good bonus. You get that basic level of trust (with some of them) and usually you got those "good-graces-bonuses". Plus if you guys have chemistry then her attitude should be cool with you.
3) Hygiene- If she looks that good, then I hope that she's clean both herself and her location.
4) Skills / Greek- If you find yourself a girl that does what you want and then some, of course you're going to keep picking at that gold mine. Plus every hole is a goal.
5) Location / Price- location is really dependent on what the girl can get, ideally we want somewhere nice, quite, low-key, and not in the worst part of town. Price only stops me from seeing a girl too often, and usually I'm sure we are able to talk down their quote.
6) Candy/Bad habits- always a really volatile issue, I would like to know in advance so I know what I'm dealing with but I don't mind hanging around until she goes over the point of very little return. I also think its what you're willing to tolerate.
