When I tried to confirm a little more than 2 hours before the appointment with a text and got no response. I sent two more text an hour later and again at appointment time and got crickets. A simple "I'm sorry something came up so I won't be available today" would have let me know in time to make other plans, this is just common courtesy. Texted, asked if she was available, she responded yes, thru a few more text we discussed specific time, location, how long. She then texted with donation.
