Noticed a new club advertising "Girls" on its sign. This is located directly across the street from Blondies. Has anyone got any information on this club?

Headed to meet up with some friends at a Cardinals game in StL last week. Beofore I hooked up with them hit the WP strip clubs. Still amazed by this town.

First stop was Dollies not much going on there one OK looking girl and several not so good looking ones. Two guys seemed to have all the attention of the OK looking one so I did not stay.

Hit C-Mowes, they had over a dozen girls and half as many guys, this was late afternoon / early evening. Beefore I could even order a drink the girl I thought was the best looking in the place had taken an interest to me. Said her name was cherry and that she was 19- despite this she also had a beer! White thin with long dark hair. Before long had her in the back room doing whatever I wanted with her. Only complaint was that the back room there is reallly uncomfortable. She told me that she wanted to find a rich / well to do take care of all her needs. She said she was doing well for herself but did not want to become washed up and over the hill like some of the other girls there.

If this town was a lot closer to me I would waste too much money there.

A funny thing about Jamie at PT's Brooklyn was her candor. Or did the Illinois State Police decide they needed to look like their budget couldn't be cut further without "jeopardizing public safety" in the metro-east area?

I'm not local, or even regional, so I don't follow the local news: but I'm still curious as I used to enjoy my adventures on the east-side when I used to travel back & forth to Iowa from a State southeast of Missouri.

KSDK reported that the 3 clubs were Miss Kitty's, C-Mowes, and Dollies. It was part of their national "Operation Cross Country" crack down on "sex trafficking". Reportedly nothing was found in the raids on the clubs.

Based on conversations I have had with someone who *might* know a lot about the situation is that is it *possible* they had information that might have led them to those three clubs in particular. Not necessarily related to this case, per se, but the warrant gave them cover to look for other stuff.

The fact is, if they wanted to really catch the girls and guys doing something illegal, they would get an UC in there and talk to the girls. Those girls will tell you anything you want right off the bat if you ask about the back rooms. It would take 5 minutes to walk in, get info, get to the back and have a girl start on you if that is what you are looking to arrest them on.

But I will say they did make arrests and collect info for future operations.

I am heading down to the area. I was there in November and had a great time. I plan to visit Dollies again and make it to some other clubs. I am willing to receive private messages on other clubs similar to Dollies. I hope the raids being discussed will not be a damper to my trip. Thanks for any tips or information. NP.

This month's raid of strip clubs wasn't the first and it won't be the last. About 5 months ago, police raided several other different clubs than those mentioned in this month's story. Here's a report from BND. Com (the Belleville News Democrat) about an earlier raid-I think it happened in March or so of this year.

USA Attorney Stephen Wigginton said 'Operation Lovejoy is another example of our close working relationship with local, state and federal law enforcement partners. '

Wigginton said the law enforcement partners 'have been working on this for sometime. '

'It was a multi-agency task force that focussed not just on violence but also on quality of life issues. That's why we included multiple agencies such as the health department and the liquor commissioner, ' said Wigginton.

Wigginton promised that the strong efforts of law enforcement will continue.

'We will continue to evaluate the arrests made and work closelu with the State's Attorney's office to determinw whether the individuals should be prosecuted in state or federal court, ' Wigginton said.

Arrested in the special detail and charged were:

Brooklyn Police Chief Tony Tomlinson said he was grateful for the work done in Brooklyn by all of the agencies that partnered together.

'In addition to the support we received from all of the outside agencies, Brooklyn police were also able to get four semi-automatic handguns off of the streets and a fair amount of cocaine, ' Tomlinson said[/quote].

Of SW's then around 98 or 99 the old Fantasyland facility got raided and shut down, wasn't long before all the other businesses along the strip were closed there's still 4 strip clubs left but this ghetto ghost town looks.

To be on life support won't be long before it's completely dead.

That was my first taste of extras outside the club with this petite little thing with long blonde hair. All it cost me was some weed and we banged for hours at my place. Miss Kity's is a sure thing as well, but they just got raided, so they may be more strict for a period of time, but I highly doubt it.
