Don't forget, if its injury related you want someone who knows human physiology over someone who does massage hard.
You can also try Action Rehab on Ward. Its a physical therapy place, but all the girls there (who are pretty hot!) do massage. Some also offered hour massage sessions for around $60. That may be a good place to contact as they are formally trained in injury rehab and massage. They helped me rehab my shoulder and I ended up taking advil before the massage. They didn't really push super hard, but just the places they'd massage to loosen up the joints were sore. Luckily, they also ice you down when you're done.

I've given her massages back as well. Getting massages from different ladies actually help me to know how and where to work the muscles and stuff. I like it too because I get to explore all around their bodies slowly, do kissing, rimming, daty, and I get to tell them to "turn over" for more fun. There is a downside. Sometimes I'm really looking forward to a good massage and the repeats get kinda spoiled and rather get massaged themselves. Heard of Wahiawa Massage from friends and that the owner is Korean. Automatic stereotype: Korean owner= at least HE. I called to find out the price for massage and person who answered the phone said $45 an hour. Very reasonable. Stopped by a couple of days ago and walked in with no appointment. There was a guy name Clint at the front desk and the owner, whose name was Sunny, cooking shrimp tempura in the front area. There were several guys and ladies sitting at the table eating the shrimp and there was also about eight boxes of pizza on the table. They offered but I told them that I would have some after the massage. The waiting area was like a kitchen and smelling of food. Pretty laxed here. Sunny is also a massage therapist. About mid fiftees and Clint is her boyfriend who is also a therapist.
I asked for a therapist who was able to go deep and they simultaneously said Mary. Some of the guys/ladies eating said Mary and laughed.
I waited and in the meantime more guys walked to see if they could get an appointment and they also wanted Mary. But I had her booked. Mary walks out and they're all flirting with her. I told myself why. Mary stood about 5', 105. 110, Polynesian, and IMO about a 5. 5.
The owner walked me into the room, where the walls didn't go up to the ceiling. I took all my clothes off and laid on the table flat on my stomach. A couple of minutes later, the owner walked back in and told me with a nervous voice that I needed to go under the sheets, which I did.
Mary walks in and gives me a really deep tissue massage. She was able to get deep into my back and rest of my body. She pulverized my calves and went too deep on the side of my thighs. That was my only objection. The deepest massage I ever got from a woman. For me, it wa a good lasting effect. She was very quiet and didn't talk much.

She told me that there were currently only six therapists there. A Korean therapist name Tammy, who could also go deep. A Filipino name Jocelyn, who goes light. Fast forward when I left I saw a very chubby White therapist weighing about 180 lbs. Mary pointed her out.
After massage, she wiped me down with a hot towel and did more massage with towel on. Legit massage. There is a shower in the bathroom but didn't ask to take one. The floor seemed dry like not used.
Was offered food again but I had to leave. Friendly atmosphere.
