Saw ads on Craigslist months ago and have never seen a post on this forum. Can you share more info? The information that I can gather seems to indicate that I might be walking into a bunch of ladies getting their hair done while I am looking for a handjob. Your mileage will vary based on who you get. Some girls wash out pretty quickly because they don't offer much (or aren't very good), others stay a while and make good money. I've seen girls there that made me stop by twice a week and then there would be months or long before I go there because the girls do offer much. So it's really hit and miss.
Best thing you can do is schedule an early appointment (like lunch time) on Mon-Wednesday.
