If you have seen someone before keep the money in your pocket until you are at least both comfortable. If it's a first time visit, no money until the service is complete. My only issue with the whole exchange is that she could have been up front about her limits. Plenty of girls put "no AA" in their ads. And believe me, I get that. Even with her not putting it in her ad she could have addressed that in our first communication. I believe all the stories about her being a sweet girl.
