These range from a simple failure to appear, to a probation revocation, to any manner of reasons, including those you cite. A warrant is nothing more than a document, normally issued by a court, authorizing law enforcement to take an action. That action could be a search, a siezure, an arrest, or any other action that requires due process. To say that all (or even most) warrants are the result of the actions you cite just isn't so.

Capius warrants which cover failure to appear, probation violations, etc and arrest warrants. The main difference is that capius warrants are served by the Sheriffs office and arrest warrants are served by the police.

It's hard to say because she is looking at a probation violation on a 3 year suspended sentence. I am betting on her getting out soon because I have been putting money in her account every week. Mostly because she is my friend but I also know that she is the kind of girl that will be very appreciative of people who helped her out.

Not sure where to put this but for the last few days every time I click on a photo to make it larger for viewing the site says I am not logged in and when I go back to smaller version of the photo in the thread itself then I am logged back in. Is this happening to everyone else too or is it just me? Maybe this damn virus is attacking me personally on here. LOL.

My yellow fever has gotten particularly bad now that I have no way to satisfy it. Once 3rd St opens back up, whoever is there is going to get it. I don't care how snaggeltoothed or how hairy her armpits are.
