I took a trip out in the storm this morning to see Journey in Lebanon.

It was torrential rain and wind and on those country roads it is quite nerve wrecking.

When I got about 15 miles from her house, she sent me a text saying her roommate is home, but they would stay in their room and not bother us. I replied that I was not comfortable with that arrangement, and that I wish she had let me know that before I drove through an awful storm to the middle of nowhere. Also, she is asking for $$/ hr. I told her she had priced herself at the top of the heap in Lexington, and I don't think top shelf prices means there is a third party involved. She texts back almost immediately "they have left".

I arrive, at a not well kept house, and let her know that I was there. Someone pulls into the parking lot behind me and never exits their car. She then sends me a text saying that she needs her protection and that she will not see me without her roommate there. I tell her she's crazy if she thinks I will agree to that, and let her know that I was upset that she would let me drive all that way in the storm to pull that stunt. I leave and drive home.

She clearly has no idea how this works, and is more than willing to let you waste your time and gas. She lied to me, and could have told me about the roommate any time before I was 10 miles away.
