Is this dependant on the girl and / or booker too?

I've had no problem with most HYA being okay with more than 2 but YMMV. But Collette and Divine is pretty much guaranteed for multiple creamfire. That's fun once in awhile but nothing beats edging yourself pausing in between and letting it go explosively near the end of the session but that's my experience.
