They police have to witness or negotiate a specific sex act for a specific amount of money to arrest someone.

"Appointments" at Pine Tree (and other places)

One of the biggest benefits (for ME) in going to AMPs is that it always used to be a Walk-In service and the notion of WAITING was remarkably rare. I hate the need to make appointments these days and I'm still not sure what's changed about the supply/demand balance that makes this the new normal.
Regarding PT, in particular, you don't HAVE to make appointments, but you may also NOT get in without one. I was recently in the Pinellas County area and had my [b]PLAN A[/b] destination AMP come up "busy" (only one girl working there, so a guaranteed 1-hour delay), so I drove on over to PT as a last-minute [b]PLAN B[/b]. Mamasan told me I would have to wait 30 minutes, so I told her I would be BACK in 30 minutes and left. Since I had an unusually wide-open schedule that morning, I could tolerate the 30-minute delay, although it was annoying. With nowhere to be, I killed my time by swinging by Eve Spa... and was told it would be a 1-hour 45-minute wait! WTF! Eventually, I got back to PT at my 30-minute mark and saw another old fat guy walking in as I entered the parking lot. Since I had told Mamasan I would be back in 30 minutes, I felt I should have a spot in line AHEAD of that guy, so I went in anyway. Old fat guy was turned away and leaving as I entered the lobby. I looked at Mamasan and said "[i]Ok. I'm back at exactly 30 minutes![/i]" and she nervously and uncomfortably chucked and said to me: "[i]Oh! So sorry. Wait now 1 HOUR.[/i]" I complained, to no avail, and left. Clearly, what I *thought* was an "appointment" for me to return in the agreed-upon 30-minute interval was not considered so by Mamasan when I left the first time (and, to be honest, not totally without justification since I would have stayed at Eve's had I been able to get in, but SHE didn't know that!).
So, while you MAY get in without an appointment, based on my experience I would have to say that I highly recommend calling ahead and booking an appointment for a specific time with a specific girl and then... DON'T BE LATE!
For any of you guys worried about my blue-balls, I *did* succeed in getting into my [b]PLAN C[/b] destination, but that was about as satisfying as you would expect a [b]PLAN C[/b] to be (as in, NOT!).
[b][u]P.S.[/u][/b] By the way... I feel I can legitimately describe another monger as "Old Fat Guy" since "Old Fat Guy" is exactly what that other fellow saw when HE was walking OUT... which was ME! I, too, can accurately be described as "Old Fat Guy!"
