I just received a permanent ban on SA for soliciting sex. Problem is, I let my account expire a few weeks ago, so I haven't even communicated with anyone. LOL.
I think they are penalizing people who don't continue to renew, and who they think would continue to use the free part for the most part. (That's definitely me LOL).
This isn't the best business model, but I'm not going to fight it. The prospects were pretty lame anyway, and I have a current list of possibles, including one I'm meeting today. That could last me for a good while, if I'm lucky. If not, it'll be like the last 6 months, no success.

[/QUOTE]I think you may be right. I had my original account there for a couple years without any problems, but at one point I closed / deleted it. I later attempted to create a new one and despite the fact I hadn't been banned they restricted me then deleted me. They would never tell me why they're doing it, so obviously it's some algorithm bullshit where the bot says so and they won't look into it. Ever since, I've been able to periodically create free accounts with new email addresses, but as soon as I try to upload a photo (even a brand new one never before used) or move up to a paid account I get put on "restricted" and the only way to get out of that is to send them a picture of my photo I'd. No way am I doing that!
As of 2-3 years ago they are increasingly suspicious of VPNs as well.

It appears if the infraction or wrong doing wasn't egregious, they will reinstate you at least once if you agree to some terms and conditions after making a report which they will respond to bc it's public.
I've been able to stave off any bans but usually keep it vague until texting. Also have never responded back with sarcasm or snark even if the girl wants 2 k for pics, just say sorry don't think we're a match and move on. Maybe that's helped in terms of not being reported / flying more under the radar?
