I think there have been other posts regarding this but generally I have found early morning (opening) or late afternoon (3'ish). Around holidays seem to be slow as well.

Gents, Senior local monger who usually has to be content with moving between a couple AMP's. One visit to Zen (on Pennsylvania) was just okay. Not much massage skill and finish was too mechanical.
