She tried this with me too.
She has tried that crap with me too. I met Alicia about a year ago in the same area. She was hot! Very good looking lady, at least she was then. You forgot to mention the tatoos on her thigh too. Anyway, she burned me for twenty bucks. On one occasion, after I pick her up she said that she needed her fix, so I made the mistake of fronting her some cash so she could hook herself up before we got down to business. She got out of the car and I never saw her again that nite. Lesson learned. She would call me to set something up. I took it one step further. I talked her into letting me video tape our sessions. I have some pretty good video to remember our time together so I don't have hard feelings about her ripping me off.
I have moved out of the area and have been gone for almost a half a year. I live in north carolina now and she still calls me asking for money. I won't and haven't sent her crap. What I do is flip the situation on her. Let me explain. When she ripped me off that nite, I sat there in my car like an idiot anticipating a good time. I felt let down and upset that someone would lie like that. Well, when she sends me a text asking if I would wire her some money, I tell her that I'll work on it. She gets all excited and is so nice with her text messages. After a couple of hours of letting her think that I'm going to send something, I tell her that I won't send anything. She gets really pissed and says some nasty crap to me and I don't hear from her for about a month. Then she tries again. Asking if I'll send her some money, and I do the same thing, keep her waiting, and then let her down.
I wonder if she is half retarded. I don't even live in jersey anymore. And she honestly thinks that I'll send her money? I have to admit that it feels kind of nice knowing that I'm letting her down the way she did to me that nite a long time ago.
Take care and treat the ladies nice (at least the ones that treat you nice)
I moved to south jersey a couple of months ago. I had used some escort services in the past but I decided to try Broadway / Camden. Several weeks ago I picked up a 23yo brunette WSW named Alisha on Broadway near Cooper Hospital about 5'4" long brown hair and brown eyes with a tattoo around her wrist. She told me that she had been working for an escort service on backpage under the name Fancy. She gave me a mediocre BBBJ and FS but she was attractive with a nice rack (at least back then because she has lost weight and her breasts are saggy now) so I gave her my number. That was my first mistake as I did not have a throwaway phone. A couple of days later I started to get multiple texts and calls a day asking first to see her and also to borrow money. I did arrange to see her and of course on my way to meet her she texts me to get her cigarettes and food. I think that she does this with everyone as its just another way to get more money. I got the things she asked for thinking I would get better service and of course I did not. She is staying with some old guy in the Fairview section of Camden. The texts and calls continued. Second mistake I gave her some money because she told me that she owed money to her drug dealer and was afraid for her life. I guess I thought that she would give me better service and I thought that she actually liked me. The reality is she would call me anyway cause she just wants money for her habit. The nonstop texts and calls continued. It was especially annoying because I would be at work and the calls would be nonstop. She would give me all these stories of how she needed money to pay warrants, didn't have a place to stay, needed food and was starving, her drug dealer was after her, she needed money to see a doctor, she just wanted to borrow money and would pay me back etc. Of course all of these stories were lies to try to get me to give her money. She even asked me to wire her money when I was down at the shore. Of course I didn't but I'm sure that other guys have. She has a bunch of guys she tries to scam money from. She just goes down her list of guys looking for money. Of course she never paid me back the money I gave her. Worse yet she called me from her boyfriend drug dealer's phone when her phone got shut off temporarily. Her boyfriend even sent me threatening texts one day. Well, I ultimately had to change my number which was a hassle because I had to notify all of my friends and family.
I learned alot from this experience. I think some of us want to help these girls out and show them we are nice guys thinking that they will view us as a friend or something more but nothing can be further from the truth. These girls just see us as a way to get money for their habit and nothing more. If you let them they will take advantage of you. Alisha is an attractive girl but mediocre service and alot of trouble. I would never give her my number again.
Have you noticed a change in Broadway?

Camden arrests 110 in crackdown on drugs, prostitution.
7:10 AM, Jun. 2,2011
CAMDEN — Camden police arrested 110 people last week in a crackdown on prostitutes and drug buyers in the city.
In undercover operations, police arrested 64 people who attempted to buy drugs from officers posing as dealers. Half of those people were from outside of the city.
Police also charged 37 women with prostitution offenses during an operation where officers posed as customers. Officers posing as prostitutes in turn arrested nine customers.
The operations were performed by the Camden Police Department Special Victims Unit and General Investigations Unit.
Be Careful out there guys.
This is scam to do not go
Avoid at all cost!

Again this is one to avoid! She is a WSW about 24 years old. Long straight brown hair with brown eyes. She has a tattoo around her wrist and a tattoo of stars on her thigh. You can google "Fancy 267-281-4091" so see her pics when she was on backpage.

Eye in the sky:
Camden cameras
Aid crime fight.

CAMDEN — Deep inside Camden's aging
Police headquarters, an officer fiddles with
A computer keyboard.
Blocks away, a surveillance camera
Instantly responds to the simple
Commands, zooming in on the license plate
Of a pickup truck parked alongside a city
Street.
The plate materializes on a computer
Screen in front of the officer as well as on a
Flat-screen TV overhead. The television is
Among a bank of screens that show live
Video feeds from dozens of street corners
Across the nine-square-mile city.
A police radio crackles inside the command
Center, and a patrol officer is sent to check
On the truck, which has attracted several
Men.
The command center. Soon relocating to
A larger room. Is the heartbeat of a
High-tech brand of policing for a
Department that perennially struggled with
Outdated equipment and broken-down
Vehicles.
"We're working smarter," Camden Police
Chief Scott Thomson said as he overlooked
A half-dozen officers monitoring the
Command center screens.
Along with the video feeds of the more than
50 surveillance cameras throughout the
City, the command center is also linked to a
Gunshot detection system that immediately
Pinpoints the locations of gunfire
Throughout the city. There also is a live
Digital mapping grid of every city patrol
Car's location.
More cameras are still being installed
Throughout the city as part of the much-
Anticipated Eye in the Sky surveillance
System. Eighty-one cameras are planned.
"The goal was to get a strategic crime-
Fighting tool," Thomson said.
Now finally coming to fruition, the plans for
A network of cameras that police will use to
Monitor the city from headquarters or their
Patrol cars began nearly a decade ago,
And have outlasted multiple leaders at the
Camden Police Department.
"I just wanted to get it done," said Camden
Mayor Dana Redd.
The first cameras were installed this
Spring, just months after the city laid off
Nearly a third of the police force.
Now Thomson said his officers have an
Extra set of eyes with the cameras.
"It's a dramatic force multiplier."
The chief believes the technology is already
Paying dividends. More than 65 arrests
Have been made thanks to camera images
Of everything from corner drug deals to
Wanted fugitives. But the intent of the
Cameras is to prevent or deter crimes from
Happening in the first place.
A technology included in the camera
System alerts police of unusual activity,
Such as people gathered on a corner.
"We're obviously putting them where we
Need them the most," Thomson said.
Aside from high-crime areas, cameras are
Tactically placed to give police the greatest
Amount of physical coverage, including
Some locations in the city's business
Districts.
In answer to one criticism of surveillance
Cameras that they simply move illicit activity
To another area, the apparatus can easily
Be moved from one spot to another,
Thomson said. The city isn't looking to
"push the problems," he added, but
Eliminate them.
Some residents in areas where the cameras
Have been placed said they are seeing a
Difference. At 6th and Royden streets in
The city's Lanning Square neighborhood, a
Camera hangs from a street pole above the
Corner along with two pairs of artfully
Tossed tennis shoes.
In February, Ralph Carstarphen was killed
There when three men jumped out of a van
And opened fire on the 24-year-old. The
Corner is a known drug area and is across
The street from a mini-mart owned by
Dulce Galvan's husband.
Galvan said the drug dealers that once
Gathered on the corner moved on after the
Camera was put up.
If a crowd does gather now, police are
Soon there as well.
Eye in the sky, well, on a utility pole

Eye in the sky:
Took a drive to see what I could spot. Checked out 6th and Royden and found the camera. Unlike Philly and Baltimore, there aren't any flashing blue lights on these cameras. Only found one other in my recon, at B'way and Royden. Never really thought as that as a 'hot spot'. However, since these are PTZ cameras one has to question what kind of range they have when zoomed in. From Royden one could potentially see from Benson all the way to Kaighns depending on the magnification. There are too many trees above Benson to see much, but there isn't much of anything all the way down to Kaighns or beyond for that matter except for the trees between Pine and Spruce which should obscure the East side of B'way below Pine.
Having had cause to use CCTV for my own security, I know how easy it can be to hide a camera. I've put them in fence posts, lamp posts and plumbing fittings. I doubt that LEO would go to that trouble when the idea is to deter crime and making the cameras visible is a big part of that deterrence. The flashing blue lights are a part of that deterrence, so it is somewhat surprising that they don't employ that tactic as well.
Melissa, school girl looks
Found Melissa Monday afternoon. First spotted her walking north from the Rand area. Though she looked too good to be true, Denim short shorts and a lace up black top. Tracked her on several passes. Thought perhaps she was a Rutgers student, then she crossed Cooper near the school and I thought younger. Then she crossed the bridge to N. Camden and I started to think civilian. I passed her several times and never a sideways glance.
About a half hour later, there she was eating one of those ice things the girls seem so fond of near Clinton. I made several passes and never "a look". Lost her and then found her in front of the Rand, smoking a cig. This time I made eye contact, but wasn't sure if she was a WG. I looped around and came south and saw her on the corner of Federal and B'way. She tossed the cig and looked kind of disgusted. Still couldn't read her. I looped around onto MLK and as I sat at the light, there she was walking south again. I waved her over and after looking around, she walked over and jumped in.
She probably stands 5-2 or so with a dark ponytail. I thought I'd found the next Erika. We discussed where to go and headed out of C-town. We drove around looking for a place to park but everywhere we went, there were people sitting is their cars. WTF? Finally stopped along the Cooper River park and took a walk. We ducked off the trail and she partially disrobed to reveal a shaved area and what appear to be pendulous boobs. Where Erika had a nice six pack, Melissa has a rounded belly. Still, if she told me she was 16 or 17, I probably would have believed her with her clothes on. Says she lives in Blackwood and only comes into Camden when things are tight. Mostly works by phone and gave me two sets of digits.
She did a good BBBJ, thought I did hit her uvula and cause her to gag. After Mini-me shot off, she seemed to gag again, spit and then vomited. Glad we weren't in my car. She said the ice pop thing she'd just eaten didn't sit well with her."Probably too much sugar." Dropped her in front of the Northgate apartments.
I'd seen another one or two I didn't know, that looked interesting but the one I thought I'd try showed up wasted when I found her again. Been there and decided not to waste my money or put up with the BS. Damage was .4 (we did drive around for quite a while and no complaints or questions from her as one would usually get) and she said .55 for fs. She did ask for some singles for the train as they give change in quarters.

More on Suveillence Cameras
I came across this while I was looking for evidence of effective use of Public Surveillance cameras: http://www.notbored.org/cameras-not-effective.html.
ineffectiveness of surveillance cameras
last update: 17 June 2009
Resident Louise Smith says she's seen prostitution for years. "In the mornings, early at night (and) sometimes late at night. They throw paper, their clothes, whatever . . . nasty things in the yard," Smith said. Police thought the neighborhood cameras would be the perfect solution to the prostitution problem. They set one up to watch the area 24 hours a day last month. After three weeks, they thought they had rock solid evidence to prosecute.
"We shot alleged prostitutes going up to cars . . . vehicles . . . John's," Cesena said. "You had the whole ball of wax?" Bradley asked. "And we came back and it's not downloadable," Cesena said. Hours of evidence was lost and thousands of city dollars were wasted because police say when they've tried to use them, either the cameras or the computers that drive them won't work.
:)
(IMHO this is funny. If the project had worked what would they have had? They would have had pictures of people getting into cars and other people letting them get into their cars. Without sound (audio surveillance is illegal) they had nothing, IMHO. That’s probably why they came up with this solution to their embarrassing problem.)
