So today I drove up and down Lankershim and I saw nothing! Not even the one SW with the dog. Nothing at all. I guess it was to hot. 95 degrees. But I mean nothing I'll try again tomorrow.

I was in the SFV this afternoon around 5 and did a run thru the Lank / San Fernando rd to Van Nuys blvd track and had no luck with any sightings of V.
Nothing to report from the track either, nada.
Coming back down stopped @ V. F. And as I parked in the back parking lot, there was gal there sitting outside the door. Went in and no one working the booths! On the way out talked to the gal still sitting and intro myself and she told me her name was Riley, she was pretty doable maybe a 7 in looks, mixed black and some oriental? Nothing came out of the convo but will stop in the future to see if any options are available in case I run into her again.

Had the opportunity to drive SF from Sylmar to Lankershim Saturday morning. I was looking for the elusive Vivian or a Unicorn, whichever came first. Lnakershim's fun spot has changed from the area near SFR to the sketchy section above Victory. When they built the new Carl's Jr. And 7-11 they built a nice big parking lot and the homeless have moved right in. I've met a couple of SWs there and even got a $10 BJ from a girl who was begging for money. Nice BJ, but never saw her again.
Now it's getting cold, and it's going to get tough out there. Plus, LAPD is always present, now, it seems, more than ever.

As a traveling monger you know how localized tracks can be. The SFV is that way in every sense. Locals have an advantage IMHO. The amount of both crime & LE on SB reduces the success rates of most non valley ites. From SFR to the Lank you really got to know the whole scene: the locals, the gangsters, the pigs & the mongers & tricks. Its so random, so hit & miss at all times nowadays, that most of us who actually live here struggle for any kind of consistency or huge influx of talent. Those days are long gone in over policed gun controlled states like commie Kalifornia. In the 80's, 90's even early 2000's our beloved SB track was legendary, rivaling Sunset & the Fig some weekends, alas my salad days on the streets of the valley are over & done. So Powder its not YOU ura monger skills are still sharp YOU are just hunting in a LE wasteland. Houses are now at least $500 K, more condo's are being built, apps like Nextdoor are making it easier for homeowners to be heard and mobilize. I've dealt with our local leaders, and they are reacting to the complaints of their constituents.
