Imo I had a much better experience at RA than I did at AO but AO wasn't bad either with the provider I had (I don't remember her name but she didn't speak any English and it seems she quit as I haven't seen her on any shop's schedule anymore for the rest of this year), or at bare minimum I don't have any complaints.
