Any Euro with looks and service will be an entirely new discovery. The difficult part will be trial and error. What I've heard from the kitchen you might get lucky in Morton Grove location but no guaranty.

No need trying to turn a legit massage place into an extra play massage place. There are independent girls / ladies that give a legit massage with extra play. You just have to do some info digging to find them. Just as you would looking for an escort that will cater to your specific menu.
My view on legit is one where the spa and therapist follow certain guidelines such as client intake to understand any health problems. The therapist understands before the session what type of massage the client asked for such as Swedish or deep tissue. The therapist follows the draping etiquette ensuring the client is properly draped. If the client attempts any conversation regarding the therapists looks, private life, a professional therapist would respond appropriately based on her experience dealing with clients. If the therapist felt uncomfortable, the professional therapist would end the session and if any sexual favors were asked she can call the police.
My view on non legit. Just about any asian massage parlor, just about any outcall massage service that is open 24 hours and schedules appointments past 7 pm. Any therapist that arrives without a table or allows loose draping is a non legit therapist in my viewpoint. Any therapist that arrives in revealing clothes is not a legit therapist in my viewpoint.
In my experience, I've been to legit spas, major chains and had success getting my needs met. This does not mean that the spa is not running a legit spa. It does mean that therapists who have a license are looking to make additional money. If I go to a legit spa and am able to leave satisfied, I was lucky in finding a therapist who I consider "not legit". By not legit, I mean a therapist who broke away from the massage therapist rules that many professional therapists learn in school and "try" to uphold.
I've visited many spas that do not cater to us mongers and leave happy. I am aware of which therapists are true professionals and which are willing to provide satisfaction. Its part of this hobby, trying to read ahead of where to go, who to see, communicate on sites like this etc. As a monger we should show respect for every therapist legit or not. If the same respect is not shown to us, then do not visit the therapist.
I rarely go to sure things such as AMPs or call for outcall. I prefer visiting various spas and using my experience to get my needs met. Its a nice experience and somewhat of a high to have a nice looking therapist ensure I leave satisfied and knowing it was done in a major chain.

I would need the therapist to make the first move: graze the equipment, not drape properly, etc. Otherwise, just the sheer awkwardness would be too much, not to mention the legal implications of having the police potentially involved. How do you check if more is available? Do you just throw caution to the wind?

I do not discuss exchange of service. When I visit a new place, I look at how the therapist is dressed and how they talk to me. If I see they are dressed wearing a tank top and showing cleavage, I think ok maybe something could happen. If the therapist tells me before the massage and in th room to undress to my comfort level, I think ok they are ok with me being nude, so something could happen. I usually lie face down with the sheet not fully covering me. When the therapist walks in, if they are professional, they will immediately cover me fully or walk out of room and ask me to cover fully. If any of these two things happen, I retreat and enjoy a legit massage. If the therapist walks in and has no reaction to not being fully covered, I think ok something might happen. If the therapist asks me what kind of massage I want, I always say light touch and relaxing. If the therapist responds with saying you mean swedish, I say yes and retreat. A non legit therapist knows what light touch relaxing massage means. If the therapists asks me if I've been there before or who I've seen or what I do for a living, signs are good that something might happen. Legit massages should stay that way. Legit massage only. No extras should be implied or assumed based on what the masseuse does or doesn't do. You risk offending a legit masseuse if you try to imply or assume she'll do something of a sexual nature based on what she does or doesn't do.
A massage with all the extra play you want is a totally different scenario. I go in knowing full well that extras will happen. Finding a masseuse with actual real massage training that offers extra play are far and few between.

After decades in this hobby, I would listen to his advice without hesitation.
In my years of experience, women in this industry often have two sides. They want the salon setting to feel like it's a safe and reliable place to work and hang their reputation on. It is after all a way to earn a living. At the same time, they are aware of a man's needs and will at times consider how to turn that in their favor.
So there's the trick: How do you ask for extras in a legit setting, without setting off alarm bells or making them "feel dirty." I used to closely follow the PUA (pick-up artist) scene in the early 2000's. When picking up strippers, the advice was to guide their imagination outside of the dark, cavernous, nighttime environment of the club. Have them picture spending fun, care-free time with you on a sunny day at their favorite cafe.
Same thing with the salon setting. It can be a massage therapist, hairstylist, waxing tech, or skincare worker. Build a rapport after one or two visits and explain how they should collect the tip and house fee themselves, under their own roof. Have them understand the cost-benefit and integrity of seeing a client they know and trust at either of their homes. These girls will often have a portable table and if you live alone, buying one and storing away is the perfect set-up for inviting an MT to your house. Long story short, it worked for me and a trusted UTR aesthetician for many years, until she got married. In fact, the first time she saw me at her place, I still played it relatively safe and simply went in all nude. By the time I returned for my next visit, asking her to remove her top was a no-brainer at this point. Every visit was a ramping-up until we reached the point of B2B and mutual release. Like TheWimp said below, you need to take it in baby steps, even if you think you already have it made.
On a side note, when going after Euros, their culture is still very traditional. Chivalry and elaborate romance talk works, even if they seem stoic.
