If you go to 'Clubs', then 'See All Clubs', you'll see a list, requirements to join and can petition the owner for an invite from there. Do a Ctrl + F to find "Safety" and you may get some hits. I think some clubs are not visible if you don't meet the requirements. For example, I don't see any clubs above my level.

The Safety club is a spot where men/women can post about safety issues encountered. Could be shit like DA ran into or robs/scams/girls with multiple accounts etc. Some have merit, while others become drama, where it's just one persons word against another's.
