In effect, the cops were engaging in sex acts to completion with AMP workers, then turning around and busting them. I think the law has since been changed but, for a while there, Hawaiian undercover vice cops had the best job in the world.

SDG.[/QUOTE]He should have driven immediately to a criminal defense attorney, He was smart enough to keep his mouth shut in the beginning and leave, but when He resigned his job when he was charged he presented the prosecutors with what is called "A consciousness of guilt". If He had contacted a good Defense attorney, the Attorney could have advised him that "changing your mind before the commission of the act" is a valid defense and could have broken the prosecutors balls or taken it before a judge. He blew up his life because he felt guilty of something and acted accordingly thus screwing up his life without a fight. Rather than prosecuting it to trial, if the Attorney got right on it he may have been able at a minimum to plead his client to something that would have saved his job.

So the lesson here is "clam up" and get to a knowledgeable attorney right away, don't know any? Go to a bondsman's office right away and I'll guarantee they can hook up with a well connected Attorney that knows a system. If they get on it before the charging documents are filed you will be surprised with what can happen. To the arrested guy it's the worst thing ever to happen to him, to the players in the system, cops, prosecutors, defense attorneys, correction officers, probation officers, judges etc. It's just another day on the job and personally it means absolutely nothing to them.

He can be a civilian "confidential informant". Many, many years ago, when I was single, an OPD friend of mine wanted me to help them by going to massage parlors and report back to them. Told him my GF wouldn't let me do it.

I think the law has sense been overturned.

She looked at me and then grabbed my crotch and told me to follow her for pricing hahaha. Ruby was great. I got free sessions from her after she found out I knew massage therapy and was giving her a message when I visited her. I think it was a fair trade off ha. I will agree the system is fucked, they are using tactics that are used to bust huge drug lords and money laundering organizations on small time BS like this. There is no price list and everything is done when the gent is naked (not wearing a wire). Safe places are cautious, but offer rewards to loyal clients (beautiful and reliable therapists). I go to well-reviewed, reliable, and safe places. Those places will be around for a long time providing a necessary service to our community.
