I was out driving on Wednesday at about 11 pm and went down Cicero south of 290, and there was nothing out so I made a you turn and proceeded up cicero north. I must have seen at least 10 to 15 LEO (not sure if it's because Tom Dart is done with the cemetary or it is end of month). I also saw this extremely hot HSW north of Lake and south of Chicago ave. She had a white top and blue skirt almost looked like a sailor girl outfit. She had a smokin body with sweet ass and large tits so because of the LEO presence I pull up a few streets and double back. I then pass her and turn down the next street and pull up a few hundred feet so as not to bring attention to myself. Sure enough a Black Jeep Cherokee pulls right behind me and turns off his lights and cock blocks me. She went up to his window and then hops in his car and off they go. I spent another 45 minutes going up and down north avenue and cicero and that's how I saw all the LEO cruising. I then thought maybe the northside might be a good stroll so I checked south cicero again before heading north and there is LEO with a girl cuffed in the back of a cruiser and the patty wagon right next to it, this is in the gas station on cicero south of roosevelt and as I was making my way North another LEO was driving towards the station with his lights on. 3 cars for one SW, great use of our tax dollars. On the northside didn't see much at all except for again LEO confronting a WSW on Lawrence that I probably would have passed on anyways. Given the enormous presence of LEO at night, it is almost safer to cruise during the day.

At around 2:30pm I started out on Western and 47th. Drove West until cicero, then turned north on Cicero to 290...hopped on 290 W and headed home. Saw absolutely no confirmed SW...one possible screaming hot HSW in a little black mini-dress on cicero, but I'm not sure. Not a busy afternoon.

Oh well.

Coming back from NW Indiana I got off I90 at 47th St, took it to Cicero, went north on Cicero past I290 to North Ave. Turned right on North and went to Pulaski, then right on Division, then right onto Cicero again. Took Cicero to Fullerton, then Fullerton to I90.

And what did I see during this little jaunt? Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Is today a Hoe-liday or something?

I did the same mission and it was totally dry!

Perdip- as I said the night I was out I saw at least 10 to 15 leo. This has to be the explanation for the lack of talent in the usual places. Check the side streets.
