Doubt that officers would ask the other "how you do the procedure?" So openly in public. Would also think they would know said procedure and there would be no reason to be chattin about it in a coffee shop.
Makes me remember when one time I was near the 109 pct and seen officers walking out the across the street "Union" with papers in there hands. One officer says to the other "what do we do again when we are inside?" Then I watched them walk into said MP on union street. Which has happened BTW.

They weren't talking all that openly. They were in corner next to an exit door next to a wall and I was in next little table with my back to them so other than me they were away form everyone. I guess I was sort of invisible to them as I don't think I would strike anyone as other than an older business man heavily immersed with a project on my laptop and not listening to what was going on around me.

An undercover cop will not get in your car. This puts them at unnecessary risk. They will try to get you to offer money for service before they get in and back up will swoop in. Most if not all streetwalkers will get in before agreeing on a price.
Back when I picked up streetwalkers I was on a Brooklyn stroll. I pulled up on a cute girl on the corner with a gym bag on the floor a few feet away. She kept asking "what are you going to give me". And I kept saying "get in and we'll work it out". She used the excuse she needed to get her bag and wanted to agree first, so I bailed. The guy behind me pulls up, I see her speak to him and as she turns to get her bag the guy is surrounded by unmarked cars.

Was riding through this morning I saw only two chicks out & about! Other times I ride through completely dead nothing! I see they have the blue & whites with lights on riding up & down Sutphin. SMH!
