And it appears that this ballsy motherfucker showed up at the club afterwards? Something doesn't seem right and I'm afraid we are not getting the entire story here. I mean, if he raped a girl, why would he show up to her place of employment after the alleged deed?

When it comes to a girl accusing a guy of rape, "innocent until proven guilty" is automatically thrown out the window.

The girl automatically gets anonymity in all court filings and the guy gets his name splattered all over the newspapers, even if the girl is just flat out lying.

Who's to say that she didn't agree on a "take-out" FS or BJ deal, then when she got to the guy's place she tried to extort him of more than the amount than was previously negotiated, with the threat of crying "rape" to the police if he didn't comply with the extortion.

When they threaten a guy with "kidnapping" & "rape", and possible life in prison sentence due to the special "kidnapping" charge, then he might be tempted to take a plea deal and just serve 1 year in prison + 1 year of probation. The stakes were too high for the guy to risk, even if he was innocent & the girl was trying to extort more money out of a "take-out date" at his place.

I wasn't there & the girl might be telling the truth. If that's the case, he got off easy.

She might also be lying. If that's the case it's a damn shame that she can ruin a guy's life under the cloak of automatic anonymity in the case of rape accusations. She had nothing to lose by falsely accusing a monger of rape.

The district attorney also kept on portraying KHVIII as a normal "bar" instead of truthfully letting the jury know that it's a strip club where FS and BJs are available, not only in there, but through "take out", as might have been the case here.

I remember posting on here that week that Envy told me about what happened. I don’t remember who the girl was but it was not Envy. Happy to hear they got the guy.

Went to KH after work arrived around 5pm. The place was packed, the girls dancing were a 8 total I saw some new girl there named Sunshine (anyone got any info on her). The afternoon girls started to leave and then the new ones came, once the new girls came the place just died out. The night crew rated a 4 total. Some new bartender was there (what happened to Cocoa) the waitress there was slow. Overall the place went down a lot. I wish I would of gone there earlier.

Yeah I know of Sunshine, I caught her on her first day last Saturday. Bought her a margarita and chatted her up. She told me she came out to CA a month ago with her ex-boyfriend, but he split and she's been living on Western in a hotel for the last week (probably two weeks by now). I am with you Jeff. I read this story and thought this could happen to me. I am in a club, I offer a girl a ride and negotiate a deal (maybe even not illegal), it goes bad and next thing I know I am in court. I would never plea though. If I had a prior or something fishy on my record, who knows, a plea may be the way to go, even if innocent. I am surprised everyone is "piling" on. Not trying to argue, just can see how it could go "wrong" and surprised more don't see it that way.

I have never been to KH, so I may not know things that may sway ones opinion who frequents the joint. Just thought I would toss in my 1/2 cent.

I remember getting dances the day i went from Amaya (skinny girl) she was not good at all, some other girl whos name escapes me right now but she had some hairy legs not a good time i must say. She's a regular. I've only seen her dance once in my time at KH. I hear that she may dance on occasion. I've gotten a few dances with her, but the mileage wasn't that high. If she is able to make money strictly off of dances, then I'm sure some of our fellow mongers have gotten some very good mileage out of her.
