An officer of the law can not, in any way shape or form, make physical contact with a John or street walker prior to placing the perp. under arrest. Street workers who have been through the system will ask to cop a feel and vise verse as they are advised, by public defenders. The law is public knowledge. Just do a little research. That simple.

But lately I look up a girl or number and a message saying 'Provider information is no longer available on TER' shows. I'm not really sure of their policies or whatever. But does that men she was legit and now no longer listed? Or they were total rip offs?

From what I can remember, providers normally have their reviews removed if they are caught self- reviewing or have gotten in trouble when posting on TER's boards.

They will tend to change their name and numbers if they are getting less that stellar reviews. The bad reviews will hurt their business and instead of stepping up their services, they change their information.
Also, some girls will actually make TER remove their reviews if they are extremely careful and if they have a decent regular clientele and don't need constant new customers. LEO watches TER, of course.

While there can be legitimate reasons like a stalker or someone trying to sabotage business the most likely reason is poor service. This is where forums like this help out all of us hobbyists. Sooner or later everyone will take one for the team; but when we pass on the info we are helping the next guy out. If all goes well those crappy providers might just move on.
