I was druising around National City on Wednesday, looking for that last elusive Christmas gift.

What a horrible day.
I cruised twice today, first time was around 5PM or so. What greeted me on ECB? A gigantic police meeting in the parking lot of that school next to Fairemont Ave. There must have been like 20 cop cars and twice as many cops huddled together. Obviously a start of a vice operation.
And boy, I wasn't dissapointed. Normally, on what I'd consider a "bad" day, I'd see atleast 3-4 SWs. Today was something else. Second time I went cruising around 10:30PM-12:15 AM, I counted no less than 20-25 Cop cars in the four or so up/down cruises I made on ECB. I don't mean short cruises either: I mean from on end to the very other end waaaay past College Ave. where the Days Inn is.
It was incredible, streets were practically deserted. At each stop light I'd see a cop car, either coming out of an alley, behind me, or the other side of the street passing me. There were two cop cars just parked there with cops sitting in them in the middle of ECB, practically making that area hooker-free. I passed a cop car and he yelled through the microphone, thought it was at me for seeing me so many times but it was a skateboarding kid.
Saw practically TWO girls in those 2+ hours. One was a skinny BSW in a short skirt, too skinny for my tastes, the other was a GORGEOUS LSW in a brown jacket and short skirt, PERFECT FIGURE, her thighs were just dreamy, coming from behind the chicken fast food place. Naturally, I made a turn to circle around and get her, but there were two other cars making the same turn ahead of me and when I pulled into the street intersecting ECB where she walked I saw her shrug off the first guy in a black Honda, not even look at the guy infront of me, made clear eye contact with me and nodded, but I saw ANOTHER car parked parrallel in a parking garage with an old guy in it waiting for her to pass me. Isn't it just amazing, in a city that has be whining about the fact that they don't have enough cops, that they are losing cops left and right because of the low pay, the pension problems, blah, blah, blah, they still can seem to get so many cops together to run this kind of crap. I know it is certainly safer to harass and arrest the "real" criminals like streetwalkers and mongers than it is to take on the petty criminals such as pimps, drug dealers, murderers, thiefs, etc....
Makes you really wondering who is running this city and what the Hell the city fathers are doing.....

Well, looks like I didn't even need to call Peaches.
Woke up today to find a message from her telling me to call her. Got dressed, went out with the intention of calling her at SOME point. Almost as soon as I got into my car she called, and I answered. She told me she's calling me from the tub while taking a bath, I agreed to pick her up.
