Back in the day there was this girl whose name escapes me. She was a spinner who wore elaborate wigs that resembled ribbon candy (best I can describe it). She was seemingly a white girl with olive complexion, or maybe she just tanned year round, and had a few tattoos. Had a good rep for a while, but then the ripoff reports started rolling in.

I saw her a few times, and she never robbed me, whatever that's worth.

Could she be the one going by Xena these days? There are more than a couple similarities.

I saw her both in Cincinnati and Dayton, and I think she was from the latter, like West Carrolton. Not sure what became of her.
