Massages are part of the beauty industry so I tip it similar to a haircut. Based on the price and how good the person made me feel. Finally got to see Nancy C. In the Interstate building this past week. Same great professional service. Started off with a little warm up massage, then into the deep tissue work and then smoothed it all out with a Swedish rub down. Then finished it off with some Thai stretching.

Nancy has some signature moves that I really enjoy. One for example, while on your back, she takes the palm of your hand and inverts upside down so it is face down, alongside your ear and flat against the table. With your triceps up in the air, she then turns it up even more by pushing your triceps forward above your head. Yeow, so good. Another one, while still on your back, she slides her heal under the back of one your thighs and then grabs a hold of your two legs and pulls down on them, holding down on the pressure for quite a while. Long story short, there's was so much more, such painful pleasures.

Nancy does not miss an inch of your body, literally cracked every bone in my body from my neck and back to every little joint in my fingers.

Not just a massage, but a holistic experience...

Uncle Roger totally agree with Whispering Eye. Uncle Roger always take care of his A-Team very well. Their skills are just world class amazing and the euphoria lasts for days, not just seconds. The wanna bees are in a totally different league and are a dime a dozen.

I agree with what Me Cook said. Last time I went to two legit massage places one for massage, one for waxing, I tipped 20 on top of whatever they charged for service. 20 is a generous tip especially if they meet or exceed your expectations.

Having worked in the service industry in my younger days, I know all about exceptional customer service and have been rewarded very well, 1,2 & 3 hundred+ percent, as an unforgettable experience is priceless. And so, I give back the same.

If I ever feel rushed, get shorted on time, given attitude, pushing the upsell and just overall crappy experience, I never return. So it is their loss, as I would have given so much more.

And this applies to all industries, as I even give my stylist 100% and he's a guy.

Same with my MTs, I have been known to spoil $$ for exceptional service. Leave happy repeat. Respect. YMMV.
