Saw this one the other day after spending pretty much a whole morning striking out. I didn't see any immediately noticeable reviews so hopefully I can claim this as my first "toftt". I'm familiar with the area so I knew it could be hit or miss as far as quality of location. It was a miss. The house was very rundown. Extremely dirty! She had a "roommate" that I think was actually her sister. The roommate seemed quite young. Of course to be expected the pictures on the ad are a little misleading. I've come to just automatically deduct 3-4 points from whatever score the pictures get. On the plus side, she was accommodating on extremely short notice. Also, her hygiene did not match the house at all. She seemed very clean and fresh. She was a little talkative but not enough to be annoying and seemed genuinely like a nice / good person. Some providers I've seen almost have an "assembly line worker" type of vibe. I'm not a daty guy so I can't speak on that aspect but she gave me no "rules" prior to activities so I'm assuming most everything is possible.
