Democrats with very few exceptions aren't legalizing our hobby any time soon. It's like saying "if only we had Democrats in charge, we'd finally have federally legal weed". Really? They have had plenty of chances including RIGHT FREAKIN NOW and haven't done it. They ALL minus 1 voted for the SESTA / FOSTA bill too. There are no better angels. Both sides would name and shame all of us mongers and providers alike if they had the chance. The problem is government. Period.

Politicians from both sides of the aisle are the problem for sure. There is a faction of the left that believes consent is not possible if money is involved and that is foolish. You can do porn but take away the camera and it's illegal. But it is the puritanical ones that use "trafficking" busts for their campaigns. We need more libertarians and more common sense minded Dems and republicans. But give that we are in Florida and this is a state law issue, there aren't any Dems in power and we definitely do not have any real libertarians or common sense republicans.

Eff the government. The whole thing is illegitimate. It's not 1822 it's 2022. We can be adults and govern ourselves. No I don't have all the answers for how it would look.
