From my observations, a third-gender provider named Kiki frequently works in the area where you were located (Aala Street near North Beretania Street), at the time you were hunting (about 3 in the morning), often with one or two other providers of her type. In dim light, she could be mistaken for a natural woman, especially by guys who aren't personally familiar with transgenders. So it's almost certain that the Kiki you met isn't a natural woman (presuming that's what you want).
